Setup Email - Office 365

Setup > Organization Settings > Email Server



Email setup when connection to Office365.

If you use Office365 as your email client then you can connect to Office365 to send emails to your customer.
Office365 uses OAuth2 authentication to authenticate users, to help streamline the process SecturaFAB supplies a plugin that will setup all the connections and key for you.

Your first have to install the Outlook - Plugin and authenticate with your email address.

After you have installed the plugin configure the email setting.
Form Email Address: Your Office365 email address.
Rely To Address: Your can leave it blank or add the address you want your customer to replay to if it is different than you email address.
User Name: Your Ofice365 address.
Password: You do not need this.

Incoming Mail Server:  outlook.office365.com
IMAP Port: 993
Security Protocol: SSL/TSL
SSL Protocol: Auto
Authentication: Auto
Folder: Inbox

Sending Emails

Incoming Mail Server: smtp.office365.com
SMTP Port: 587
Security Protocol: STARTTLS
SSL Protocol: Auto
Authentication: OAuth2
Connection: Connection-Outlook
