Setting Up SecturaFAB Users.

SecturaFAB users can be added and managed with any Admin User. All new setups are created with at least one Admin User.

To create additional users, log in with your Admin Account. 



Navigate to [1] Setup >> [2] Users.



Select [1] New User



Fill in the new user information. 

[A] - Select the "User Type". This can either be:
  • Production User - This User Type will be able to access all production AND quoting features of SecturaFAB. However, you can only create as many "Production Users" as the number of "Production User Licenses" that you have purchased. 
  • Quote User - This User Type will be able to access all quoting features of SecturaFAB. However, you can only create as many "Quote Users" as the number of "Quote User Licenses" that you have purchased. 
  • Console User - This User Type will be able to access only your SecturaFAB Consoles. You can create as many Console users as you choose. However, you have to have "SecturaFAB Consoles" set up in your SecturaFAB Instance. If no Consoles exists, Console Users will not have any functionality. You can only create as many "SecturaFAB Consoles" as the number of "Console Licenses" that you have purchased. 
Create the user. 

Once the User is created, make sure to edit the user, and assign the new user to a "User Group"



User Group are used to dictate and manage access and edit rights throughout the SecturaFAB system.
