SecturaFAB Version 2022.06 Release Notes

SecturaFAB - What's NEW - June 2022

1. STEP Tube dimensions

When importing a Tube STEP file SectruaFAB will recognize the shape and dimensions of the STEP file and apply them to the quoted item.


2. Cad Import Display

To improve speed, especially for large STEP assemblies, an image of the imported item is displayed and when you click on it the model will be loaded and rendered. 





3.  CAD Import Preview Images


When importing STEP files a preview image will be displayed in the grid.


4. Quote Zone Preferences

SectruaFAB 2022.06 adds more customizable options for Quote Zone. 
You can select what buttons to show and if secondary operations should be allowed.




5. Security Options

SecturaFAB uses cookies to save login credentials. The new options allows you to set the way that the cookies are saved.

If the Can Save Login is set to No then the cookie is only valid for the session.
If the Can Save Login is set to Yes then you can set the time interval for the cookie to auto refresh. If the user loges in before the cookie expires, then the cookie will be reset with the time interval.  


6. Part Quick Edit

SecturaFAB 2022.06 has a Quick edit option for Parts that allows you to change Machine, Material Grade and Thickness with out editing the part.

7. Corporate Dashboard speed.

The way the the data is loaded for the Corporate Dashboard has been changed to improve the load time. 


8. Exclude From Quote

The Exclude from Quote function allows the user to select items that will not be used in cost calculations.
To Exclude items from a quote select the items and them the Exclude button. 



Win a quote partially. Form the Quote Detail screen select the Won - Partial option and then you can select the items that you want to exclude from the quote.




9. Product Preferred

SecturaFAB 2022.06 allows users define a preferred sheet configuration. This configuration will be used when creating a multi part nest.
