Setup > Preferences & Costs > Preferences

Set the methord for viewing reports.

Options : Report Viewer  or Download

Report Viewer

When viewing a report the Report Viewer option will open a browser window to allow you to view the report.

Download

Download will save the file as a PDF file for download. By setting up the default viewer for PDF files, the file will open in the PDF viewer.
