Performance and Speed Message

To our valued customers:

 We are aware of recent slow performance and feature bugs in SecturaFAB and apologize for the negative impacts these have caused.  We recognize this is frustrating and disruptive. Resolution is our highest priority.

 Root cause analysis has identified the primary cause of slowness, i.e. “the spinning wheel” and related error message, when users complete a quote. All available resources are working to resolve the underlying issue promptly, and permanently.  We anticipate incremental performance improvement by the end of this week and further improvement as long-term solutions are implemented in the near future. Thank you for your patience as we work through these issues.

 Additionally, 3 key feature bugs were found and fixed as of 12:00 PM CST on 3/1/2022. Please advise the customer success team through our chat feature of any remaining issues. Additionally, support requests can be sent to support@secturasoft.zohosupport.com

  1. The bug that disabled the quote export feature has been fixed
  2. The bug that disabled linear re-nesting has been fixed
  3. The bug disabling cost and description fields in the outsourcing operation has been fixed

 Our customer success teams have begun contacting affected users to confirm bug fixes and share updates related to performance improvement timelines.

 Please accept our sincerest apologies for the service interruptions and thank you for the trust to fix the problem. An additional update on performance will be provided by the end of the week.
